Supervising Social Worker (Salary : £34-38k)
Currently, we have two positions available for the post of SSW.
Area: London and Birmingham.
Job Description: As Supervising Social Worker (SSW), you will be responsible for acting as a main link for support between the Foster Carers and looked after children. The role of a SSW is a key position that brings together the needs of looked after children and young people, the support and management of foster carers, liaison with the placing authority and the administration and delivery of the service.

Independent Reviewing Officer(Salary : £46-48k)
Area: Covering London and Birmingham area.
Job Description: To chair and review Fostering Households in accordance with National Minimum Standards (2002) and Regulations. To consider the development needs and evaluate the placements that the Foster carer(s) have undertaken in the past year.

Office Administrator – Part Time (Salary : £17 -19K)
Area: Uxbridge, Hayes.
Job Description: To provide administrative support and assistance to the Fostering Team and to establish
and maintain effective links and professional relationships with colleagues including
Supervising Social Workers, Support Workers, Foster Carers, Panel Members and other
agency services.

Family Support Worker(Salary : £25- 28K)
Area: Uxbridge, Hayes.
Job Description: You will work closely with the Supervising Social Workers and Managers to enhance placement stability and to build positive relationships with the children/young people and fostering household. As Family Support Worker you will support a child/young person’s progress in the foster placement by working with them in the community, in leisure activities, to provide one to one support to children/young people, and provide necessary respite for carers. You will also contribute to planning activity days for foster carer families and children/young people. The successful candidate will also attend and participate in events aimed at recruiting prospective foster carers and complete initial visits to households expressing an interest in fostering.
